MOUNTAIN OF HELL
20, 21 & 22 june 2025

An MTB trailblazer since the 90′s, riders feel right at home here, thanks to its Home of Ride spirit.

MOUNTAIN OF HELL, the summer’s MTB flagship event that is part of the resort’s DNA. This downhill mountain biking enduro marathon’s start line is in the snow. 2,500 metres of vertical drop for 1,000 hot-blooded amateur and professional mountain bikers!

An ultra-trail in 7 days: 170km / 10,000m d+.
A unique adventure in the spectacular scenery of the Oisans.
6 varied stages: high mountain, hilly, rolling…
You can choose to do one or more stages à la carte.
Places to stay with shuttle buses to take you to the start each day.

Stage 1: Les 2 Alpes – Besse-en-Oisans: 25km – 1600m d+.

Stage 2: Besse-en-Oisans – L’Alpe d’Huez: 23km – 1500m climb

Stage 3: L’Alpe d’Huez – Livet-et-Gavet: 36km – 800m climb

Stage 4: Livet-et-Gavet – Ornon: 24km – 2200m climb

Stage 5: Ornon – Le Bourg d’Oisans: 22km – 1400m d+ climb

Stage 6: Le Bourg d’Oisans – Les 2 Alpes: 38km – 2500m asl or fallback: 17km – 1000m asl
