This green route is a beginner's level trail which starts by following the Vallée Blanche mountainside, passing La Molière farm and restaurant with views over the Romanche Valley. You then begin the climb towards the top of the Vallée Blanche. Don't worry, you will branch off well before reaching the summit at 2,060 metres. The climb is fairly regular, with a gentle gradient of no more than 15%.
The trail varies between wider sections and single track.
