  • Souffle de Sagesse offers yoga classes (various styles), yogic walking, Ayurvedic massages, Tibetan bowl massages and Reiki energy treatments.

  • After several stays in India where I studied the basics of HATHA YOGA, AYURVEDIC MASSAGES, and Reiki Master, I created the association Souffle de Sagesse to share my knowledge.
    Eager to continue progressing, I regularly pursue further training with various schools and masters, both in France and abroad (Yoga for back pain, Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga, Therapeutic Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Shakti Dance Yoga, Chair Yoga, Senior Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga...).

    I am certified by, among others, the Védaguru school in India, as well as by YOGA ALLIANCE and KRI (Kundalini Research Institute).
    Most recently, I have been certified in Laughter Yoga by the French Institute of Laughter Yoga.

    YOGA is a cleansing process that helps purify, connect, and unify our mind and body. This union brings harmony, pleasure, and inner peace.
    The class unfolds gently with asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing exercises), and relaxation, followed by meditation or mantra recitation, depending on the type of yoga. It can be Hatha Yoga, sometimes Kundalini Yoga, or Yin Yoga. The sessions may be fluid, fast, slow, relaxing, or intense, lasting about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

    Special parent-child sessions are offered for a playful sharing moment.

    SHAKTI DANCE Yoga Classes: Yoga offers a spiritual approach to life, while dance expresses creative energy through the body. Shakti energy is our feminine energy. Through dance and yoga, we will explore breathing, music, and movement, working on our seven energy centers (chakras) and their elements.

    Yogic Walk: A mini walk in full awareness, with breathing exercises, yoga postures, meditation, mantras, and relaxation.
    The session begins with a brief moment of centering, a few breaths, then stretches to gently awaken the body. Afterward, there is an easy walk in full awareness, a meditative one, enhanced with several body exercises, yoga postures, specific breathing exercises, and even playful moments.
    This activity takes place outdoors and lasts about 1 hour. Simply be equipped for walking outside for an hour.

    Various group classes and different styles of yoga are offered in the mornings or evenings in Les Deux Alpes and Mont de Lans.

    Private lessons by appointment.

    For a more personal relaxation and deep well-being, I also offer warm oil massages from the Ayurvedic Indian tradition, sound massages with Tibetan bowls, or Reiki energy healing sessions.
