  • Souffle de Sagesse offers yoga classes (various styles), yogic walking, Ayurvedic massages, Tibetan bowl massages and Reiki energy treatments.

  • After several trips to India, where I studied the basics of HATHA YOGA, AYURVEDIC MASSAGES and REIKI, I set up the Souffle de Sagesse association to share my knowledge.
    Keen to keep improving, I continue to train regularly with various schools and masters in France and abroad (Yoga for back pain, prenatal and postnatal yoga, therapeutic yoga, Kundalini yoga, Shakti dance yoga, chair yoga, senior yoga, Yin yoga, restorative yoga, etc.).

    YOGA is a cleansing process that helps to purify, connect and unify our mind and body. This union brings harmony, pleasure and inner peace.
    The class unfolds gently with asanas (postures), pranayamas (breathing) and relaxation, followed by meditation or mantra recitation, depending on the type of yoga. Sessions may be Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga or Yin Yoga, and can be fluid, fast, slow, relaxing or intense, lasting around 1 hour 15 minutes.

    Special sessions for parents and children for a moment of playful sharing.

    SHAKTI DANSE Yoga classes: yoga offers a spiritual approach to life, and dance expresses creative energy through the body. Shakti energy is our feminine energy. Through dance and yoga, we will explore breathing, music and movement, working on our seven energy centres, the chakras and their elements.

    YOGA WALK: a mini mindfulness walk, breathing, yoga postures, meditation, mantras and relaxation.
    The session begins with a moment of refocusing, a few breaths and stretching to gently wake up the body. This is followed by a short, easy, mindful, meditative walk, interspersed with a number of body exercises, a few yoga postures, specific breathing exercises and even a few playful moments.
    The activity takes place outdoors and lasts around 1 hour.
    You just need to be equipped to walk outside for 1 hour.

    Various group classes and different styles of yoga available in the mornings and evenings in Les Deux Alpes and Mont de Lans.

    Private lessons by appointment.

    For more personal relaxation and deep well-being sessions, I also offer MASSAGES with hot oils from the Indian Ayurvedic tradition, sound massages with Tibetan bowls and REIKI energy treatments.
