In the middle of Vénéon valley, on the edge of the Ecrins National Park, Venosc invites you to discover its centuries-old houses nestled at the heart of a typical mountain village… just 8 minutes from Les 2 Alpes resort via the Venosc gondola lift…
Its pedestrianised cobbled streets invite you to take a peaceful stroll far away from the hustle and bustle!
As you meander through the streets, you’ll find charming shops with dedicated artists and artisans offering quality products from characterful buildings with arched ceilings… There’s always something going on here… every Tuesday at 10am, join us for our traditional guided tour.
And also on Tuesday mornings: don’t miss the little market on the square in front of the gondola lift. It’s well worth the little detour!

Access

→ From Les 2 Alpes, in 8 minutes via the Venosc gondola lift.
Price: included in the Ski and pedestrian lift passes or 6.50€ per person for a return ticket.

ACCESS VIA THE VENOSC CABLE CAR

From 30/11 to 20/12: 7am-6pm
From 21/12 to the end of April 25: 7am-7.30pm
During the school holidays, the gondola opens at 6.45am.

Thursdays during the school holidays: closes at 10.30pm.

→ From Bourg d’Oisans, take the free Oisans shuttle bus or in 10 minutes by road.

Discover arts and crafts shops

A number of artisans and artists have chosen to settle in Venosc village and share their work with the public. Members of the “Route des Savoir Faire de l’Oisans”, they organise visits and hold demonstrations to show you how they create their work: pottery, wood sculpting, painting, textile workshops and traditional forge!
